“I had a plumbing emergency and the sump pump alarm that was recently installed with my new sump pump started ringing. They were installed by a different plumbing company. I called Mark and he came to the rescue. I called Mark and he got to me same day when the other company told me they can only come in the day after. Mark came in and he not only fixed the alarm, but also found some major red flags that the previous company that installed the sump which included an unsealed waste line left uncapped and improperly terminated. Left alone, this would have done major damage to the crawl space and to the foundation of my property. He got all the problems caused by the other company taken care of while also fixing the improper installation of the sump pump alarm. It seems like not all plumbers know how to install a sump pump alarm properly. It is good to know that Mark is one of the good guys out there. He definitely lives up to being Private I Plumbing! While he was here, I showed him a few other plumbing issues around the house, and he took the time to walk through everything and add it to the estimate without any pressure. They showed up in about half an hour, decided what needed to be done, and gave me a detailed quote, which I accepted. Then, they drained my broken water heater while they went to get the new one and other parts. A few hours later, the old unit was out and the new one put in, precisely and professionally. Overall, a very good experience, priced comparably to big box store installers, but friendlier and delivering a slightly better water heater that should last longer.”
